(The actor brings a board and puts it on the wheelchair)

See what this is?  It's the monthly list of all doctors appointments.  One month, I counted and there were 22 days that were available for appointments, and yet there were 25 appointments!

How is that possible?  Easy - when you have more than one appointment on any day!

But the other side of this chart,

          (Turns the board around)

.....well, it's a secret chart.....or rather....a chart of secrets!

Every family has secrets.....but as you age, you forget who knows what secret!  And who can never know that secret!  So you need a chart.......

(Points to one of the items)

This is a good example.  Uncle Thad  got hurt on the job two years ago......but that's not true, no... he was fired!.....but he pretended to be hurt, so he could get disability......now, the family members with memory issues, they can't be told that, just in case....so all they can ever hear about Uncle Thad is that is getting therapy and feeling better a little at a time.

And over here.....Cousin Millie had cancer 5 years ago - but it's come back.....only she doesn't want her own mother and father to know, just us!

Plus, there's the question of who gets to know about the baby given up for adoption by Tiffany......now this is where it gets confusing......Millie can't know because she's getting chemo, but since the others don't know about the chemo, it's ok for them to tell her.....except.....it might get her upset........Oh, what a tangled web we weave.....when first we....something or other to deceive......

          (Looks at the chart, sighs)

I guess, the chart of secrets will have to get bigger!

(Takes the chart down, goes back to seat, stops)

At least we don't have any secret murderers on the chart!

           (Looks up)

At least.....I don't think so!  Oh, and there is one item that is definitely NOT a secret.  That would be who is the one responsible for taking everyone to their appointments.  That would be ....me......

(Lights down .  End of scene)
