(Actor enters sniffing a small packet)

Mmmmm....that smells wonderful!  My name is...Herb, and I am here to tell you a very tiny bit about my favorite herb- outside of me, of course.....my favorite herb is....thyme.  Because, of course.....there's nothing like a good thyme!

Sorry, can't help it.  I'm just crazy about getting enough thyme......this is my favorite herb.....and because this thyme just was harvested....just in time for summer, I call it.....my summer thyme!

For those who want to know more about this wonderful herb, there is a great book all about this subject called.....A Brief History of Thyme....not by Stephen Hawking, but by a lady named Beth Dunn.  And she done good by thyme!

Now, it's getting late.... have to go!

(Turns to leave, stops, looks back, waves the packet)

Because as you know.......Thyme waits for no man!

           (Thyme to go!)
