Monologue Mania Day #  1716 Like Scary (for Halloween)  by Janet S. Tiger (c) Oct. 28,  2018

Meant as an intro to a night of scary!

(Part of  the countdown for Halloween - only this is..... the real scary stuff)

                             Like Scary
                                              by Janet S. Tiger  (c) 2018

(Actors enters with the flourish of a giant cape)

I like scary!  You heard me - I love it when I get the shivers!  Put on a good thriller and I am in heaven!

Vampires - Frankenstein - the zombies - alien - Halloween! all fifty thousand movies and  -not the just the movies but anything that gets me to go.....ooh!

What's so bad about being scared?  I mean, life is scary all by itself, so why not enjoy some prepared scare?

So this Halloween - enjoy the shiver!  Join me in scary......before......oah ha ha!  before it's too late!

(Wraps cloak around head and runs off, stumbles a bit, looks back)

Now falling down - that's REALLY scary!

(Exits with a flourish of scare)
