Stress!
I love stress!
Stress has such a negative public image - but I don't know why!
I wake up every morning and say - what is today going to bring me in my stress pie?
I say 'stress pie' -it sounds more tasty - and why not? When you love something - make a big deal about it!
I say 'stress pie' -it sounds more tasty - and why not? When you love something - make a big deal about it!
If you think about it- and I do!....stress is an amazing gift that God gave us..... after he kicked us out of Garden of Eden.
Now that Garden of Eden has a greatpublic image, but really.... all you had to worry about was what you were going to eat- there was only one tiny stressor - that Tree of Knowledge and its famous early sign of computers - the Apple
Okay, the snake - that's a stressor too -but I think those went together -temptation - worry -stress - the Biggies!
So that's why they looked at it - because without these stressors, be honest, exactly how interesting was that Garden of Eden really? There was no TV... no radio.... no internet.... no arguments!
....
But introduce the stress of the apple and all of a sudden.... you have SHAME, and Blame! and now clothing ....plus some great new plot twists and a real improvement - children! Before the Apple issue - no sign of children.
Suddenly -A Whole New World!..... with children a world of Wonder Love and ......even more stress than was imaginable before!
So before you get down on stress think about it. Where would we be without stress?
Without stress - no improvements!
Without stress - no improvements!
How would anyone have even thought about inventing a washing machine unless they had the stress of washing things by hand by the river?
Even the invention of washing can be attributed to stress because after all if we weren't concerned about dirty clothing and body odor why would we even think about washing anything?
Even the invention of washing can be attributed to stress because after all if we weren't concerned about dirty clothing and body odor why would we even think about washing anything?
Will not even think about the joy of figuring out remote controls! Now there's some heavy duty stress that just makes my whole day!
Ahhhhhhh...Stress....... take a deep breath ......enjoy
It's all good.......
(Exits with flowing joy of another day filled with stress!)
