(The leader  stands and points at each member in a sweeping gesture)

OK!   Time for the moment where we tell about the AAAAAAHHHHH moment!

For all of us......and for you new person......we all need one moment a day when we can just go....

(He waves at the group and they all join him)

AAAAHHHHHH!

There, doesn't that feel better?

No matter what type of day it has been.....and we all have those days....often every day is one of those days......you have to find....no, you have to TAKE......one moment.....to just be happy.

Mine was a glass of wine at the end of the day......My wife can't do that any more because of her meds, but I still can....and I imagine she's with me.....

What's yours?  Is it taking a walk by the beach?.......or....just closing your eyes and IMAGINGING you are at the beach?

Is is just taking a walk?  Or a swim in a pool......or in the bathtub?

Is it a smoke......because you know you shouldn't?  Or a piece of chocolate?  Or the whole tub of Hagen Daaz?

(Everyone laughs and points at one of the members)

Or a donut?

(They point at the donut lovers)

Or perhaps.....a book......or one article in People!

Maybe it's just looking out the window at the moon.....or the rain......or listening to a tape, watching something on TV.....

          (The others chime in)

-----------Lookin' at photos from the past.....

----------Drawing a picture......with new crayons!

----------Calling a friend....

---------Puttin' on music and dancin' around like a fool!

          (The leader nods)

But it can't be something to make you numb, it HAS to make you feel good........

No matter what you choose, you have to have it!  Let no one get it from you!  You must fight to go....

(He signals all together and they join again)

AAAAAAAHHHHHH!

          (Lights down, end of scene)
