Monologue Mania Day # 1606 What's the Big Deal?  by Janet S. Tiger (c) July 10, 2018

               What's the Big Deal?

     (Actor comes out, very cool)

What's the big deal about bullying?  I mean, it's like they taught us in Biology, that guy Darwin, you know.  Survival of the fittest.  If someone looks like they're a victim, then get them outta the gene pool!

Look, when I was younger, kids picked on me, and I just had to learn how to fight back.....it's not easy.  Nobody likes being bullied, (gets a bit upset ) nobody likes when people beat you up, and nobody likes it when they say lies online..(takes a deep breath)........but, hey, if you don't learn when you're in school, what're gonna do when the boss chews you out?  Just take it?  Well, not me!  I learned how to fight back - (clenches fists)...... how to stand up to those bullies.....
so, really, what's the big deal?

(Turns to leave, stops, looks back)

And I also learned, the best way to not be bullied.....just do it first.....
