(Scientist enters, sets up an elaborate blackboard and/or podium.  Adjusts lab coat, faces the audience. )

In our ongoing series of lectures about Real World Science, tonight's topic will be...Psychology.

(Stands up tall, takes a deep breath)

All of psychology can be summed up in three little words, “Everyone is strange.”

(Scientist dismantles the elaborate blackboard and/or podium and turns to exit, stops, looks back.)

Everything else is commentary.

              (He bows)

Thank you.

(Exits.  Hey, it's basic psychology, some folks prefer shorter monologues!)
