I am not sure how this happened, well, that's not true, it's not the first time. And I am sorry....SO sorry!
I am truly sorry! Can you ever forgive me? I mean, I try, I do my best, but sometimes, well, you know how it is! Please...PLEASE....forgive me!
(Gets down on knees)
PLEASE! I am begging you....I will work hard not to do it again! And that's a promise! Because I am so very, incredibly sorry!
(Rises, wipes eyes)
I promise......I won't ever again forget.....your name!
(Turns to leave, stops, looks back)
What was your name again?
