(Same girl in her early 20s from Day # 1349 - only now she is irritated, and getting more so throughout!)

Wait a minute....are you telling me that after THREE semesters of trying to pass this class in Incomprehensible Statistics, after having to withdraw, after an incomplete online and in class, and now, my most recent failure - an actual FAIL in a class which I WILL NEVER USE IN THE REAL WORLD.....you are now informing me that I DO NOT NEED THIS CLASS TO GRADUATE?  Annoyed?  What was the clue?  The fact that all the letters are CAPITALIZED and I am SCREAMING?

Okay, I got it.  When I started here, oh, how many years is it now?

           (Looks at phone)

Can't go back that far - , but when I started at this college, I was told this was a prerequisite for graduating!

And now you tell me....... that it is no longer required, and that all I have to do is ask ......and it will be WAIVED!

Amazing!  Who will compensate me for the anguish and the hair pulled and my head bumping against the table from complete frustration?  And what about all the wasted time?  Just because I'm young doesn't mean I want to waste ALL my time!

If I want to waste time, I'll pretend to be old so I can wait in line at the store and spend hours looking for two pennies so I won't have to get change, but at least it would be my choice!

And the best part - you have the gall to tell me this class is being waived because TOO MANY STUDENTS DROPPED OUT OF COLLEGE because they couldn't pass this horrifying class!

(Takes big breath and turns to leave, stops, looks back, smiles)

At least,  now that I'm graduating......I get to do this.....\

(She takes her hand and makes a giant waving sign)

Get it?  Waved!

(Laughs as she exits to the world of graduation!)

Congratulations my dear daughter on an amazing perseverance!
