                 Am going to the beach tomorrow - thought this was oceanically related!

          (The man comes out dressed well, with a touch of nautical.  Maybe a cap?  He is holding a paper and pen which he puts on the table)

Once again, I thank you for taking the time to examine closely what I am offering.  It is hard to part with such beauty, but I am sure you will appreciate it greatly! I know you will take care of her well, and that is why I giving you such a good offer.

Before you make a final decision, I have a quote for you, from a famous author......who, I believe, captured the moment perfectly.

         (He stands tall, takes a deep breath)

(Orating) There is a tide in the affairs of men.
Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
(Building) Omitted, all the voyage of their life
Is bound in shallows and in miseries.
On such a full sea are we now afloat,
(Very loud) And we must take the current when it serves,
Or lose our ventures.........

       (He bows his head, then looks up and smiles)

Yes, a thing of beauty is a joy forever, and so are words perfectly chosen.

       (He turns to exit, stops looks back)
 What does it mean?  It means...BUY THE DAMN BOAT!

      (He smiles, takes the paper and leaves.  Bon Voyage!)

The best day in a boat owners life--the day he buys it, and the day he sells it!
