(The head of the company enters, he is listening intently)

So, let me get this straight.   - two monks see a woman who can't cross a puddle because she might get wet and drop her packages?  Older monk goes over and carries the woman across the puddle and the woman is mean.  Two monks go on and after a couple of hours,  younger monk says, "Why did you help her, she wasn't even nice to you!"  Older monk says, "I set her down hours ago, why are you still carrying her?"

And the whole point is to.....let things go?

            (Listens, nods)

Whatsa matter with you?   What kind of business do I have?  A STORAGE BUSINESS!  I sell empty rooms to people who cannot LET THINGS GO!  And if they were capable of letting things go...I WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!

(Calms a bit, turns to leave, stops looks back)

You know what ..I AM gonna let something go -  YOU!

(Exits, muttering and laughing....'let it go!')

So, let me get this straight.  You think this story you just told me is important, that I should take its meaning to heart?

          (Listens, nods)

To make sure I understand you, this is the story - two monks walk into a village, and they see a woman who is unable to cross a puddle because she might get wet and drop her packages?  And the older monk goes over and carries the woman across the puddle and the woman is not nice or grateful.  So the two monks go on and after a couple of hours, the younger monk asks the older one, "Why did you help her, she wasn't even nice to you!"  And the older monk says, "I set her down hours ago, why are you still carrying her?"  Is that it?  Did I get it?

And the whole point is to.....let things go?

            (Listens, nods)

Very interesting, you think this is some kind of a wise story, right?  And I should live by it?  Whatsa matter with you?  Do I look like an idiot?  What kind of business do I have?  A STORAGE BUSINESS!  I sell empty rooms to people who cannot LET THINGS GO!  And if they were capable of letting things go...I WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!

(Calms a bit, turns to leave, stops looks back)

Okay, I realize you're my wife's brother's son, and maybe you have a point.....so I am going to follow this advice......and I'm going to....FIRE YOU!  Do you get it....I just .LET YOU GO!

(Exits, muttering and laughing....'let it go!')
