(Woman 20s on up)
Oh, honey, not to worry so much! I mean I know it's frustrating to lose something, especially something that cost a lotta money! But it's just stuff, ya know.....and you gotta remember that NOTHING is as important as another person....I mean, it's bad to lose stuff, but it's terrible to lose a person, right? And you wouldn't want anyone to think you were so SHALLOW about losing some old thing you bought, and you could buy again, so long's you got the money?
Anyhow, you been crying and yelling and you turned your whole place updamned side down, and I think it's time you just cut it out and get the hell over it! I mean, it's enough! What if it was your wedding ring you lost, the one your husband's mother and grandma wore, and that you had to spend every extra penny getting another one made so's nobody would know?
I mean, what if it was REALLY important?
(She turns to leave, stops, looks back, nods and laughs)
Of course, I didn't lose anything today!
(She exits, still laughing because it's always easier to watch the other guy slip on the banana peel)
