           (Actor carrying sign marches onstage)
I protest!  You hear me!  I am protesting the election!!  Not the election of a dead man!  I mean, he won fair and square, and not because he owned a string of whorehouses!
          (listens)
Pardon me, brothels.
I am protesting the unfairness of the coverage!  Okay, perhaps electing a dead man may be unusual, but hey, this is politics!  And okay, maybe he dealt in prostitution, which is often frowned upon in nice society, although it is idolized in rap music and popular culture!

No, I protest that no one in the press mentioned clearly .......that he is a proud senior citizen!  Okay, was a proud senior....he was 72 years young!  And he only died because he partied a little too hard, can't blame him.....but not a word about how he represents a group of us who are usually considered over the hill!

And even though he is now under the hill, remember, if he can do it, so can all of us!  They may try to ignore us, but we will not ignore this insult!

(Turns to leave, stops, looks back)

Join me in protesting the ignor-ance of the news!

(Exits to an interesting world where dead men .........win)
