My dad always told me people are stupid.   Hey I know it's true...... when I was a kid I used to play with a bunch of guys and one of them was really stupid .......he saw something in the movie Superman and he figured if he got a cape and put on the cape he could jump off the roof and fly just like Superman. I told him he was an idiot.  I was five he was a tried to punch me I avoided it and kicked him in the knee.

And I told him if he wanted to be an idiot it was a free country. So he goes and jumps off the roof and guess what happened he broke his arm!   What a surprise!

Not to me but to him .....afterwards he said to me maybe I should listen to you more.

          (Looks off, seeing another place)

When I was in Iraq it was one kid in my platoon same stupid only in his case he caused other people to get  hurt.

But hey it was war you expect to get her hurt and hey you never know what's going to happen  Stupid.

(He finds this hard to say)

But I mean how stupid do you have to be to go back to your car for a cell phone that you forgot and walk out into traffic I mean it no way I could stop he just came right out in front of me I wasn't drunk even have one beer I have pretty good reflexes I'm young still he walked right out in front of me !  I mean it was two in the morning.....and I still wonder....maybe if I wasn't tired, maybe I could have stopped!  But I couldn't.......How stupid can you be!

(Turns to leave, stops, looks back)

But now .....his stupid is my nightmare.....for the rest of my life.

(He exits, but not from the nightmare)
